WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Assessments are due January 1 and are $479. Dues are late after January 31.
I'D LIKE TO ADD A DECK ON THE BACK OF MY HOUSE. WHAT DO I DO?
Please complete the ACC form and submit it through Vantaca: https://portal.heritageproperty.com/home_v2/Login portal for review. You will then be notified if the ACC decision via email and/or mail.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I SPOT A BURNED OUT STREET LIGHT?
On the light pole there is a telephone number. Be sure to write down the number on the streetlight as that's how Gwinnett County can identify which street light it is.
WHERE DO I GET A POOL KEY CARD?
